Congratulations to Joanna (left) and Tsan (right) for setting new pull-up records today! Joanna went from 1 to 8 perfectly executed reps in one day! Tsan busted out 3 awesome pull-ups to bring in the New Year in style.

Joanna, I almost didn’t believe eyes! A wonderful sight indeed. Now, if Maya could coach every class like last night, we’d have pull-up records everyday. There’s just something in her voice that makes you want to go for it. It’s the enforcer in her. Kelly, is there an enforcer profile?
The payoff for all that work! Congrats to two determined and lovely ladies who always fight for it.
