I’m at a point this summer where I’m just excited to see how much more I can do than the previous weeks, just the tiny stuff is exciting.
And I usually hear Mani in my head, “you can do this, Renee”, helps!
Long term, remembering I’m doing this for me and my family and not to be over dramatic but to help me be emotionally strong. As we recently got a reminder, just how dangerous Rune’s job can be- I need to be strong; emotionally, mentally and physically.
