Congratulations to Tsan for winning her self-inflicted weight loss challenge. As some of you know, Tsan wagered against herself to lose 10 pounds in 30 days or get blogged in her bikini. As it turns out, our girl won the challenge on day 29, losing 11 pounds total. Mucho sacrifice involved here folks; not an easy task for a chef.

Here’s a shot of Tsan on Wednesday putting up with Steve’s chin-checking… “two pounds to go girl!”
Congrats Tsan!!!!!
way to go Tsan….11 lbs in 29 days!!! that’s incredibly awesome. you’re looking hot, woman. love the recipes, too!
Very inspiring! Ironically now maybe you will WANT to be blogged in your bikini and hot body!
Right On!
FABULOUS! You have been amazing in your resolve; now if you could bottle that and sell it you’d be living large (excuse the lame pun).
Would i be a bad person if I was secretly wishing to see you in a bikini? Cuz girl you are HOT HOT HOT!
Tsan, you may have a tiny little face and itty bitty legs now, but you still have a gigantic spirit. Congrats!!! Tell people the truth when they ask… lots of hard work!
Wow, Tsan–YOU ROCK! I watched in awe as you worked your booty off, literally, this last month, so I know what that looks like.
I’d love to get the good, the bad, and the ugly on the food front. Have you been eating poached fish and water for 30 days? Seriously, any food tips for those of us who are weak when it comes to grabbing quick snacks and meals?
I feel a little Bette coming on…did I ever tell you you’re my hero?
Just the inspiration I needed coming off of vacation. I’d love to hear what it took since I feel like I gained 10 pounds. And I agree Mars – bring on the bikini shot ‘cuz girl, you are smokin’ hot!
TSAN!!!!!
Been thinking of you ALL DAY LONG… only to find out that you SMOKED IT GIRL.
We are so inspired and impressed.
Enjoy the achievement.. it is a true gift to yourself, and such a great example to others!
please-do tell the nitty gritty! it’s inspirational! congrats on the hard work! call 911 cuz this girl’s on fire! (sorry just got off the lake with a bunch of firefighters!)
OK, I’ll spill. Not sure how inspiring it will be, but I’ll tap something out. In the meantime here’s the gawd-honest truth: I got mad love from everyone in the am bootcamp who helped me laugh all the way to the scale. Of course, Maya… who gave me the mental g’on girl that I needed . . . And Steven, who hung in even when I didn’t, pushing me to the end, reminding me that failure was not an option (or he’d kill me). Um, I’m going shopping next week. Something stringy and cute (and I don’t mean cheese).
See, this is why I work out at the IC. There was a little hard work there, but I really truly could not have gotten through this without three things:
(1) my 6am bootcamp homies… you guys kept me laughing and motivated
(2) maya’s encouragement and extra focus on my emotional health
(3) the trainer to the stars (and me): Steven… who didn’t quit, even when I did. Thanks, man… I couldn’t make you lose this!
You go girl!
You’re the best Tsan. Words cannot express how much love and inspiration you bring to the IC week after week!
Why not? You’re definitely fine enough to flash back 10 years… SanMo Stairs, Canyon Beachwear, all this and more! If not a bikini w/navel piercing, at least a one-piece w/Daisey Duke firm butt cheeks on display! You know what we said back in the day: It’s not how big the butt, but HOW FIRM! Make you UCLA co-conspiritors proud JUST DO THIS!!
Tsan, I applaud you on the effort and dedication that you put forth to obtain your goal. Taking the pounds off at our age isn’t easy, as I’m finding out…..however, as you said………”If I can do it…”
Enjoy your accomplishment, and defininitely show-up those youngsters come this Bikini Summer! YOU LOOK GREAT!!!
