Loredie is another hot mama at the IC making big moves to improve her fitness level. Her main goal upon arrival was to improve her conditioning after the birth of her twin boys. Thanks to consistent and intense physical training, she’s getting stronger by the day and successfully combating early signs of osteopenia. Go Loredie!

    Loredie has made such incredible progress in such a short time. I would say about 4 weeks from her first pull-up.
