Richard Simmons, Jane Fonda, and the cast of Fame showed up this morning for a full-on 80s workout. It was tough to stay focused with all the talk about aerobics, butt floss, leg warmers, and blue eye shadow in the house!

Thanks for letting me in the photo with my green wig. I had hoped to keep it on the whole morning, but the burpies did it in. Wish I had gotten the word about 80s-wear. Now I can stock-pile for next year.

Thanks, Tsan, for inspiring us to dig up our old ’80s wear, although I learned the hard way that spandex and elastic have a finite lifespan. Sorry if I inadvertently mooned anyone while trying to keep my tights from sliding south.

OMG…6AM was a riot!!! I didn’t do the main workout, but I did work my abs laughing so hard at all the great ’80s movements Tsan was demonstrating. Everybody’s costume was great and the spirit in that room was just phenomenal!! Yep…Steve and Tsan were so in character and working it!! This should be an annual thing.
