Double the double.

Double the double.

Three weeks ago, Shari reached a new PR on the deadlift and was well on her way to weightlifting stardom. Unfortunately, she had a mysterious setback this week that landed her in the OR (not training related). Don’t worry, in true superhero fashion, she’s already recovering faster than a speeding bullet. Hopefully she can feel all this virtual love we’re sending her way…
We can’t wait to have you back in action Shari!

Wheelbarrow rows are great for building teamwork while getting a kick ass workout.

Ahh, what does tonight hold?

Try rolling side to side between the hollow and superfriend while pausing in each position. Arms, hands, and legs should not touch the mat of course.

Ah, the airclimber. Also known as “Flail from the bar.” Great for wrecking your abs and breaking your spirit, as you start by cycling your legs up in the air, and then watch them slowly sink closer to the floor against your will. But there is some hope in the airclimber. One tip is to start with your arms bent, like Shari. It’ll keep your legs higher and also showcase your sweet biceps (see photo.) Tip number two is to be gentle with yourself and track your progress: Sure, you may end up pumping your legs in the direction of the floor, but you probably kept them higher for a couple seconds longer. All steps on the airclimbing stairway to heavenly abs.

An intense full-body workout in under 20 minutes (includes 8 minute abs). Guaranteed results within the first seven days.

On the 99th lap of The Cleveland Avenue 100 x 200, Eva B. finally took the lead. Check out the power positions of those racers. Whoa. Intensity.
