Oliver, a classical composer who loves to groove to Salsa, Hip Hop, and all sorts of other eccentric world music, is our kind of people. He says he’s here for the workout (and his daily pull-up practice), but we have a sneaking suspicion it has more to do with our PA System.

Sisters Nani (in red) and Lulit proudly sported their IC tees while in Ethiopia in January. Can anyone guess how much weight Nani has lost since she started training at the IC? Stay tuned to find out…

Foreste

Foreste wore her IC hoodie with the U.S. Ski Team at the Trofeo Topolino in Italy this month. Foreste ranked top 20 out of 108 girls and was the only American female to finish and score!

Calvin and Sherry

Since this new mom and dad team joined the IC approximately two months ago, Calvin has lost 15 lbs. and Sherry is down almost 10 lbs. It’s hard to believe these two athletes have a brand new baby at home (and a busy two-year old). Welcome aboard!

In addition to building enough brute strength to take on Sasquatch, Nick has lost more than 25 lbs. in recent weeks. Truth be told, Nick attends more classes than Renee, Shari, and Eric F. combined. Wow!
