I witnessed some crazy speed, determination and strength tonight. nice workout everyone!

of course i was partial to the human 63lb.and 43 lb. sandbag used as well!

Great class!! Loved the fence pull-ups (minus the barbed wire). Running, sandbags, fence climbing, and (my true love) barbells – how can you go wrong.

    Soooooo convict.

Oooh! How fun! Looks like I missed a good one.

My workout yesterday consisted of cramming myself into a tiny seat, keeping a cranky 5 year old occupied on a 5 hour flight and dodging NYers with 40 pounds clinging to my back. Convict? Not so much. More like Momvict.

    that looks like hella fun!

    Renee,

It’s interesting that Haakon and Anakari weigh exactly the same as the heavy and light sand bags (new ideas for family training…).

Nice job on the BB DLs Tracy. Next time I’ll teach you the fine art of “rolling” the heavy bar.

Btw, I have a picture of E on the fence that’s really too convict to post.

I loved this class — sprints, prison pull-ups, and the deadlift are a few of my favorite things!!! Oh, and sandbag lunges too… Thanks for a totally fun workout!

  8. Baby Ks Momma says:

Go Shari!!! We’ll get you another time Calvin! Dr. E, you have turned into one sick puppy. How cool is that?

  9. Turbo says:
