Ross

Ross is the ultimate “flex buddy.” He is known to make unpredictable appearances at all times of the day, but one thing is guaranteed: if he is your partner, he will provide you with as much support as humanly possible. His genuine positive vibes are felt every time he enters the Chamber.

You may not know that Ross is husband to the lovely Ms. Loredie and the father of two beautiful twin boys, Matt and Isaac.

We are all so lucky to have Ross in the house!

“Like so many brave mothers before me, adjusting to being a sleep-deprived-post-surgery-nursing-new-mom in addition to wife, business owner, and trainer has not been easy for me. Pink KBs

Don’t let the cool color fool you. It’s no “easy” feat to handle the pink embryo for 10 minutes with perfect technical precision.

Do not be afraid to go down in weight if you need improvement in the swing, clean, jerk, or snatch.

Oh yeah, and based on their incredible grand opening over the weekend, we suggest you make your reservation now!

Excellent ambiance, fantastic people, and exquisite food.
