The Ninong

Ross

Ross is the ultimate “flex buddy.” He is known to make unpredictable appearances at all times of the day, but one thing is guaranteed: if he is your partner, he will provide you with as much support as humanly possible. His genuine positive vibes are felt every time he enters the Chamber.

You may not know that Ross is husband to the lovely Ms. Loredie and the father of two beautiful twin boys, Matt and Isaac.

We are all so lucky to have Ross in the house!

I love that Ross is always smiling, good for a laugh, or high-5 ready, even in the middle of the most grueling workout.

Last week I FINALLY got to experience Loredie and Ross working out together. Their positive energy was so radiant, I practically needed my sunglasses. Love them!

When I first met him I was really suspicious. I thought, “what’s up with this dude…why is he being so nice, what does he want?” But after being married to him for almost 11 years, I must tell the truth and say, he’s just a genuinely nice guy who wants the best for everybody. I’m a lucky girl.

Ross and I enjoy being a part of the IC. You are the coolest people.
