Band Chains Gi Throw

Sport specific conditioning for Judo.
The stretch cord allows the athlete to change levels and move fluidly between anatomical planes with variable resistance. The chains add the drag factor. The gi provides the tactile sensory input. Mix it up and you have a great tool for implementing judo throws without the uke.

Sayaka just did a exhibition for the City of EC day camp last Friday (she was a former counselor). She is AMAZING!!. She was throwing her larger male partner around like he was a sack of flour. My girls were in awe, as were most of the kids watching it. Congratulations to her for making it to the Olympics!
