Climbing Machu Picchu

“Here’s a picture of me in Machu Picchu recently, where I climbed the very steep Wynu Picchu, which I KNOW I would not have been able to do (especially at that altitude) without the physical preparedness of the Ice Chamber!”

I did a 4-day Macchu Pichu hike with my mother-in-law 5 years ago. She was 65 years old and led the pack! It reminded me how important it is to stay fit. Way to go Jackie!

Like Julie B I did the 4-Day Inca Trail hike last year. In fact it was that trip that pushed me to come home and get fit. I didn’t hike Wyna Picchu because it looked so scary! Mad props to Jackie for not only tackling a monster climb, but also one that takes lots of courage!
