These are the kinds of exercises that I love. I guess the only problem with it is that you need to do it in a group. However, I could see that making it more fun too. Thanks for teaching me about an animal exercise I wasn’t aware of!

You can do this solo. Just sent up obstacle course with chairs on the tatame and it will work just as well. Good luck.
