A great exercise for the rectus abdominis, hip flexors, and quadriceps. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3 but also deceivingly difficult.

“Like so many brave mothers before me, adjusting to being a sleep-deprived-post-surgery-nursing-new-mom in addition to wife, business owner, and trainer has not been easy for me. I don’t know where I’d be today without my faith in the great powers of the universe. Kettlebell Throwback

We love rotational movements at the IC. Nicole is demonstrating one that will get your core (especially the obliques) working double-time. Instead of swinging the KB vertically, chop it diagonally (from one side of the hip to the other side of the shoulder) while twisting the torso. Remember to pivot on the balls of your feet with each rotation. There are many variations and grip choices.
You’ll develop rock hard shoulders and abs in no time. It’s magic, really.
