Here is a great opportunity for athletes and non-athletes alike to gain more body awareness, strength, sense of team work and self confidence. We will be focusing on building strength, a better cardiovascular fitness level, proper body mechanics and most importantly, having fun!

Check out IC athlete Foreste Peterson’s incredible stats this year:

*  Won 3 FIS races this season
*  Ranked top J2 female ski racer in far west and the western region, and one of the top 3 in the United States
*  Competed in an invitation only  U.S. Ski Team / Olympic warm-up race at Jackson Hole and won the prestigious Jr. Horseshoe Trophy
*  Competed in Aspen and in Canada at NorAm’s with name consistently appearing  amongst the best with top 15 finishes.

Congratulations to IC friends Kukka Laasko and Siiri Univer for their performances at the IUKL World Championships in Tallin, Estonia this past weekend!
